Student Discounts Are Available With Valid ID Card

We are happy to provide discounts for students who wish to book our accommodation. Valid student ID card must be provided to qualify. There had been cases when people of clearly unfitting age attempted to place a discounted booking using fake identification documents bought on internet from sites like Limitless. This is not a permissible practice and if we suspect that customer's ID is fake, booking will be placed on hold until additional confirmation of identity is provided (more about KingOfFakes). This measure is put in place to prevent fraud and protect legitimate customers.

Room Description

Price: £125 Double; £90 Single use

Standard Double Room (Enough Room), Situated on the Second Floor at the front of the building. It has windows to the front with original wooden shutters (which do a good job of cutting out noise from the road).

Recently refurbished this room has heavy curtains with Toile de Jouey print. Original fireplace and bookshelves.
The bed is a Standard double size (4ft 6in).
The room has a large desk.
Flatscreen TV with DVD player.
Mini-Bar.

This room has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Please note: Newton House is a 300-year old townhouse and does not have a lift.
